Quidly assists you in drafting your messages. The AI generates a text draft, which you review before sending and adjust if necessary. You retain full control at all times.
Open the Text Generator
For a due offer, click the "Follow Up Now" button. Alternatively, select the "Follow Up" option on the detail page of the respective offer.
Your Text Specifications
Before the AI writes the text, you define the parameters:
-
Language: Select the desired language for the message.
-
Salutation (Informal 'Du' / Formal 'Sie'): Determine how you address the customer. 'Sie' is pre-selected by default.
-
Channel: Decide how the message will be sent (direct sending from Quidly, forwarding to your own email program, or via WhatsApp).
-
Note Field: If necessary, provide the AI with a detail (Example: "Customer has not yet provided an appointment date" or "This is the last reminder").
What Data the AI Accesses
To generate suitable text, the AI uses the key data of the offer (title, customer name, amount, date, status, number of previous contact attempts) as well as your entry from the note field.
The AI has no access to internal notes, previous messages, account information, or other offers. Details on data security are provided in the article "AI at Quidly — What Goes to Google?".
No Automatic Sending
Quidly never sends messages independently and does not read incoming emails. You always see the finished text draft first, edit it according to your wishes, and trigger the sending manually.
- "Send Mail Now" (for direct sending)
- "Open Mailto Link" (opens your email program with the finished text)
- "Open WhatsApp Chat" (opens the WhatsApp app)
After sending, the system documents the message in the offer's history. A marker indicates that the text was created with AI assistance, ensuring transparency of the communication history.
Daily Limit for Text Drafts
Per user, the AI generates a maximum of 20 drafts within 24 hours. This system protects against misuse. If you reach this limit, you will need to manually draft further messages on that day.
