If you want to transfer many quotes to Quidly at once (e.g., old documents from your archive), use the Batch Upload. The system processes up to 10 files per operation.
How to Start the Upload
On your dashboard, click the "Upload Multiple Files" button directly next to "+ New Quote".
You then have a choice between two import methods:
1. Create Quickly (Automatic)
The AI reads the uploaded files and immediately creates a new quote with "Open" status for each document. You can correct any data errors later in the respective quote. This method is suitable if you want to quickly import a large stack of uniform documents.
2. With Manual Review
The AI reads the files but does not yet create finalized quotes. The documents are initially placed in a review list in the system. You open each entry, check the recognized data, correct it if necessary, and only then manually create the quote. This method is suitable if your documents have very different structures.
What Happens During the Upload
-
Step-by-step: The system processes the files one after another. You will see the current progress for each document.
-
Duplicate Protection: If Quidly detects a document that has already been uploaded in exactly the same way, the system automatically skips this file. Existing quotes are not overwritten.
-
Daily Limit: The regular limit of 30 automatic AI detections per 24 hours applies. If you reach this limit during the upload, the process stops, and Quidly will show you a corresponding notification.
The Summary at the End
After the process, Quidly provides an overview:
-
How many quotes were created (in automatic mode, you will receive direct links to the quotes).
-
How many documents are ready for manual review.
-
How many duplicates were skipped.
-
How many files contained errors (including error details).
Delete Documents from the Review List
If you decide not to adopt a file in review mode, click "Discard" on the entry. Quidly will then delete the document from storage without creating a quote.
