AI at Quidly: What Happens to My Data?

Quidly uses Artificial Intelligence specifically to take work off your hands – when reading documents and formulating messages. Protecting your customer data is our top priority.

Server Location Germany (No Data Outflow)

AI processing runs via protected Google cloud services. An important difference from many public AIs: All requests remain exclusively on servers in Frankfurt am Main. No data transfer to the USA or other third countries takes place. Processing is fully secured by a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.

No Training of AI Models

Most importantly: Google is contractually assured not to use your uploaded documents and offer data to train its own AI models. Your data is used exclusively to directly answer your request and remains your property.

What Data the AI Receives

For the AI to function, Quidly transmits only the absolute minimum of data:

  • For Document Uploads: Exclusively the uploaded file, to read out the fields.

  • For the Text Generator: The pure key data of the offer (title, customer name, amount, date, status) as well as the prompt that you manually type into the text field if needed.

What Data the AI Does Not Receive

The AI has strictly no access to:

  • Your passwords or login data

  • Internal notes from the offer history

  • Past message threads

  • Other offers from your system

  • Data from other businesses

Additional Security Checks

Before Quidly displays a finished text draft, the result undergoes automatic background checks. The system filters out errors, such as unresolved placeholders, and blocks technical manipulation attempts.

For security reasons, fixed daily limits apply per user for document recognition (30 uploads) and text generation (20 drafts). This protects your account from misuse.

You Retain Control

Quidly's AI does not read emails and never sends messages on its own. It functions purely as a digital assistant that suggests drafts to you. You review the text, adjust it, and always manually trigger the sending.
